The WAGNER Wildcat 18-40 piston pump series is designed for precise and reliable fluid handling of medium to high-viscosity materials.

Overview

High pressure piston pump, stainless steel, for AirCoat applications up to 140 bar and 2.4 l/min. Ideal for e.g. professional individual painting stations in production and workshops.

A constantly uniform material flow with particularly low pulsation ensures optimum coating results. The intelligent design of the air motor reliably prevents power losses due to icing.

All operating elements are ergonomically integrated in the compact maintenance unit. This ensures easy adjustment and operation of the pump.

The easily accessible separating agent chamber, easy-to-replace packs, and the ability to disassemble the paint section for maintenance purposes independently of the air motor significantly reduce maintenance requirements and service times.

• Flexible applications

The paint section is completely made of stainless steel and is suitable for processing both solvent-based and water-based materials.
